Ferry tickets are not automatically included. Arrange the tickets and send us the confirmed Batam terminal and arrival information.
Is S$70 the transfer price?
S$70 is the published full-day private transport rate for up to 12 hours. A transfer-only request is quoted according to the confirmed route and service.
Can you prepare the itinerary?
Yes. Share your interests and available time, and BatamRide may prepare a practical itinerary. Recommendations for attractions, shops, restaurants and massage places may also be provided.
Can I book transport for more than one day?
Yes. Send the dates, daily timing and expected routes so availability and the total quotation can be confirmed.
What if our ferry is delayed?
Message the official BatamRide WhatsApp contact as soon as possible. Adjustments are handled case by case and depend on driver and vehicle availability.
